How do I get tickets for this concert? Thanks

Hey...I have been trying to get tickets for a while, and cant figure it out....I cant even find the "Festival Plaza's" Phone number? Anybody know?

okay i got in touch with some people in New Orleans, and the concert is FREE!!!! Its for this thing called Family Gras. You can go to www.familygras.com and look at the line up and all the people coming and stuff(not that anyone else matters) haha but it looks like a pretty good lineup.

I went to the show in Metairie, LA (New Orleans Suburb) and it was AMAZING!!! I see that people were trying to find tickets, but couldn't because it was impossible! No tickets at all! There wasn't even a venue. It was outside on the grass between the Interstate Overpass and the mall. The neutral ground (a.k.a. median) was so muddy, but i sat in the mud for this show! Gavin blew my mind away! This was the BEST show ever!
