i have been having problems too - it seems to be some sort of system malfunction...it sucks because you need to have a picture to enter the soundcheck contest -- hmm they should really figure out some way to figure this thing out.

not that i am glad that its happening to anyone else, but at least you or i arent the only ones who are having this problem! ah empathy - haha

I tried deleting my photo and posting a new one and it did not work. I tried logging out and logging back in to upload a new photo, but it still grabs the old photo that I supposedly deleted. That is something on the site's end on their network that they have to fix on the web server. Try sending an email to the contact us address.

you can logg in to your profile and click on EDIT there you can upload your photo

Is the picture you want to use on your computer?
If it's on the internet you will have to download it to your computer, then choose the file

Is the picture you are trying to use too big/small?
the max dimensions of the picture are 1600x1400 and the maximum size is 800 kB; so check the properties/details of the photo
