I'm a fan (and you should be too) because... Gavin is the real deal. I could stop there but there's so much more... Gavin embodies what it means to be a talented, compassionate, soulful, charismatic song writer and singer. He writes his own music and lyrics. The lyrics he writes are as if they come from the depths of his soul. He has no choice but to let them out and share them with the world. You feel his words through his songs. You feel his heart ache or you smile because you know he is smiling. His music is pure art to my ears. His music makes me think, laugh, ponder and cry. His music is relatable across all genders, races and ages. If you don’t listen, it’s like depriving yourself of a gift on your birthday. He doesn’t forget where he came from and it is important to him that his fans know how much they are appreciated. He performs for the love of music, not the fame. If you get a chance to see him in concert, GO! He doesn’t disappoint. Just listen, that’s all. You’ll understand and be a fan too.
