I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...

Gavin is a real artist, not just a musician. He is a poet and a singer and a multi-instrument player. His music is timeless and is enjoyed by everyone, everywhere. The messages he speaks of in his songs are universal, but at the same time, the way in which he speaks about them is so unique, like those words are being said to you for the first time. But with as heavenly as all this is, he is also the most down-to-earth man around. He has the southern gentleman attitude and never forgets his Sirs and Ma'ams. He is so true to his fans and I totally admire that he sticks to pretty small venues. This intimacy is what keeps his fans so dedicated. When I saw one of his concerts at Wild Adventures in Valdosta, GA, he stayed to autograph and take photos with fans until the last one had left, even though it was super late and he had to go a crazy far distance to his next location. He even recognized me and my friend from the crowd and took time to appreciate the t-shirts we made for the concert.

He is a funny, goofy, full of energy..... great human being. There's so much to be said about someone like Gavin, the world is blessed to have his soul and his voice.
