I'm a fan (and you should be too) because... if you check him out, you will see that Mr. Gavin DeGraw stands in a class of his own when it comes to today's music. Gavin brings a refreshing authenticity to the world of music that we just don't get enough of. His music is about THE music, and he does a wonderful job highlighting an appreciation for classic sounds- all the while maintaining approachable and gracious. Of course, I don't know the guy personally, (I have talked to him twice- but that doesn't count as knowing) but I think his music speaks for him. I appreciate the fact that Gavin keeps himself attainable and personable throughout his musical success- He breaks the "stardom" barrier by sharing himself with his fans and I think that is just awesome! He is the first artist I have ever noticed this behavior from and I find it extremely admirable. He is a gifted and talented individual and it is a JOY to be his fan!
