I'm a fan (and you should be too) because Gavin is real. That is the best description that I can give. When he sings his life's stories, you can feel the emotion in the song. For example, the beginning of "Just Friends" really hooks me because you can feel his passion when he's banging on those keys! His voice is breathtaking. He is a true entertainer. He is not hanging around for the fame. He has a true talent that should be shared with the world. I am anxiously awaiting the new album, but I would prefer that he take his time to ensure a quality album. Many artists nowadays rush to put out less than stellar albums.

I have a very short attention span when it comes to listening to music. In fact, I am usually "over" the song in about 1:30 minutes. Now, with Gavin's cd, I can listen to the entire cd and sing every word. He has that staying power. Who cares if he makes millions of dollars, although I am sure money wouldn't hurt.

I'd love him if he sang the alphabet, because he'd put his own little spin on it and would make it incredible!
